I started my journey into therapeutic bodywork in the 1990’s. I trained in western massage, sport massage and advanced body massage. After that I explored Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Particular AnMo massage therapy.
I discovered Bowen Technique and qualified as a Bowen Therapist in 2012, I went on to study more advanced approaches and techniques over the following years. Primarily I focused my further training on developing precise and focused treatments to achieve the maximum benefit with the least amount of intervention.
